As the former Director of the Colorado Division of Real Estate and licensed attorney, I bring not only honesty and integrity to the real estate process, but years of experience.  I have been involved in real estate since I was 16 years old when I searched titles for a title insurance company.  After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, I worked for a real estate law firm.  In 2005, I testified before the U.S. Congress involving one of the biggest national real estate scams in history.  I uncovered the scam in 2004, while Deputy Commissioner of the Colorado Division of Insurance.  

 I was ranked one of the most ethical people in government by Ethics Watch in 2009, and runner up for business person of the year in 2009.  Inman News ranked me as the most influential person in real estate in 2006.
